The required Qualification and Experience for Professor

• Ph.D. from HEC recognized Institution in Analytical Chemistry.

Experience:

• 15-years teaching/ research experience in HEC recognized university or a postgraduate Institution or professional experience in ‘Analytical Chemistry’ in a national or international organization.

OR

• 10-years post- Ph.D. teaching/research experience in HEC recognized university or a post-graduate institution or professional experience in ‘Analytical Chemistry’ in a national or international organization.

Minimum Number of Publications:

• The applicants must have 15 research publications (with at least 10 publications in last 5 years) in HEC recognized journals.

The required Qualification and Experience for Associate Professor

• Ph.D. from HEC recognized Institution in Analytical Chemistry.

Experience:

• 10-years teaching/ research experience in HEC recognized university or a postgraduate Institution or professional experience in ‘Analytical Chemistry’ in a national or international organization.

OR

• 5-years post- Ph.D. teaching/research experience in HEC recognized university or a post-graduate institution or professional experience in ‘Analytical Chemistry’ in a national or international organization.

Minimum Number of Publications:

• The applicants must have 10 research publications (with at least 05 publications in last 5 years) in HEC recognized journals.

The required documents listed below must reach the office of the Director, NCEAC, University of Sindh, Jamshoro before the deadline:

1. The hard copy of ‘application form’ and ‘evaluation form (Anexure-1)’ along with attested photocopies of CNIC, Degrees, Marks Certificates from matriculation onwards, appointment orders, and experience certificates.(Five sets)
2. All the documents mentioned above and the credentials type given below must be provided in soft copies on CD or USB. The CD or USB drives must be labeled with the name of applicant.

• Credentials (only accepted with documentary proof)

• List of publications with impact factor (Reprint/copy of all published papers)
• Citations (Scopus or Web of Science. Provide link)
• H index (Scopus or Web of Science. Provide link)
• Research project (Grant Award letters and also completion proof in case of completed projects)
• Patents (Acceptance /Granted letter and link)
• Editorship of Scientific Journals (Offer letters or emails and links to current editorships)
• Conference participation (Invitation/Acceptance letters and participation or presentation certificates)
• Membership/Fellowship of societies (copies of Cards)
• Awards (Copy of Award letter)
• Book/book chapters (copy of chapter and weblink)
• Services provided to the institution/society (Office Orders or valid proof)
• No. of Student produced as Supervisor (M.Phil & Ph.D. degrees of Students & Registration letters)
• Courses Taught in last three years (Copies of Timetable)
• Courses or modules developed (Copy of course attested by head of department)
• Laboratories established in last five years (Certificate from head of department)
3. Credentials without documentary proof will be considered NIL.
4. Incomplete or applications received after the due date will not be entertained.
5. Attach Demand draft or online transfer receipt of Rs. 7,000/= in favor of Director, NCEAC, University of Sindh, Jamshoro or HBL account No 00720006019503.
6. Applicants already employed under Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organizations must produce the NOC of their employer / competent authority. Further, their applications will not be considered if NOC is not received through the proper channel.
7. Candidates applying for more than one post shall submit separate application form along with a separate Demand Draft with required documents, complete in all respects.
8. All the academic degrees should be verified by the Higher Education Commission/ Concerned forum.
9. Proof of articles published in HEC-recognized journals/ International indexed/ Impact factor must be provided/submitted as full papers in soft copy through CD/USB /Flash Drive.
10. Extra sheets may be attached if the requisite information cannot be fully incorporated in any of the columns of the application form.
11. Concealment of any of the required information/particulars or wrong records is strictly prohibited and will disqualify the candidate.
12. Only eligible candidates will be contacted/interviewed for the recruitment process.
